Dancing 6-year-old boy Jan-Jan Suan on Willing Willie is child abuse says DSWD. When I was browsing the internet, I saw this news which was caught my attention. The 6 year old boy was dancing while crying in a dance move of "Macho Dancer". Here's the DSWD said from the incident:
“This incident is clearly a violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act and a blatant manifestation of child abuse,”.
